Welcome

I was born in Durbanville (Cape Town) and I am currently completing my Matric Certifcate at Durbanville High School where I excelled in my art classes. I discovered my love for artistry when I was in pre-school.

I took private art lessons at Rust en Vrede in Durbanville and specialised in the watercolours medium and in 2002, at the age of 8 years, I had my first exhibition. (examples of watercolour)

In 2011, under the guidance of my school, I painted the Bo-Kaap using the oil paint medium. This painting was auctioned for R3000.00 was later donated to charity by the school.

I was also asked by my art teacher to paint the Mona Lisa on the classrooms front door.

I am comfortable with both acrylic, oil painting and watercolours as a medium, and I also enjoy sketching with pencils and “charcoal” and I also enjoy making my own cards and jewellery, as gifts, for friends and family.
